About The Fifth Season Decor

Last year, while decorating our home for Easter, our youngest child (then 9 years old but a thoughtful, old soul) thanked me for always making the holidays special. “I’ll remember it forever,” he said. It made me think about my whys for transforming my home throughout the year. I realized that it not only creates memories for my children, but it also lifts my own spirits. I suffer from a chronic illness, and although it is not always easy, it is something I can do, however small, to make my family and myself smile. And if making memories comes along with it, that’s a huge bonus! This store is my way of sharing what brings me joy. I hope these items make your home a little brighter, fuller, and, yes, make your family smile. That’s The Fifth Season.
