Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1β3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasonal launches, processing times may be slightly longer β we'll keep you updated!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5β7 business days) β calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2β3 business days) β calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at heather@shopfifthseason.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
